Permit & project rescue

Red-tag corrections, permit closeouts and unfinished-project rescue.

A stalled project needs a factual starting point: what was permitted, what was built, what failed inspection and what the jurisdiction requires next.

Durion reviews available plans, permit history, inspection comments and field conditions before proposing corrective work. The scope may involve opening concealed areas, coordinating revised drawings or engineering, correcting construction and scheduling the next inspections.

For unfinished or abandoned construction, ownership of prior work and documentation must be clear. Durion can help organize the takeover path, but final requirements remain subject to the building department and the professionals responsible for revised documents.
